We customize our services and pricing based on a client's needs. However, to give you an idea of the differences between our basic services, we have provided this comparison.
Regular Sparkling Cleaning
Our regular sparkling cleaning service is perfect for weekly or biweekly cleaning of homes, condos or apartments, typically with 1 to 3 bedrooms, and up to 2.5 baths. Our staff will keep your home looking and smelling fresh. Pricing typically $80 to $165 weekly, and $90 to $185 biweekly
Luxury Home Cleaning
Luxury home cleaning is designed for larger, typically multi-floor homes with larger spaces, chefs kitchens, butler pantries, playrooms, 4-6 bedrooms and baths, outdoor spaces, exercise rooms, home theaters, wine cellars, etc. We typically recommend weekly cleaning of most used living areas and a rotational cleaning of other areas. Pricing typically is $185 to $325 weekly
Deep Clean Service or As Needed Cleaning
For those that prefer to have a professional deep cleaning occasionally or is just getting started with a regular cleaning schedule, we offer our deep cleaning service. Our professional cleaning staff will thoroughly clean every area of your home, leaving it spotless and sparkling. Pricing varies by size of home and areas to deep clean, but typically one-time deep cleaning is $250 to $600. As an add on to a new regular cleaning schedule will typically be $60 to $90 additional for the first two cleanings.
Maid / Housekeeper Service
Our maid or housekeeper service is designed for households that require every day or multiple day per week services. These services are customized to your needs, but in addition to cleaning, may include caring for children for work at home parents, organizing, grocery shopping, running errands, etc.
Bed Linen Change
Making beds with existing linens is part of our regular cleaning service. Our staff can also strip beds and make them with fresh linens for just $7.50 per bed (included with luxury home service). We will also laundry and fold used linens for $20 per load (up to 3 beds).
